Brantome Villa Accommodation


Your credit card will not be processed whilst you are checking our accommodation rates and availability. The transaction will only take place once you have entered your credit card details. For bookings made direct with us please see our reservation, cancellation and no show policy.

Accommodation check-in time is after 3:00pm and check-out time is 10:30am or by arrangement. We appreciate an estimated time of arrival in order to offer our best service.

Bookings will only be accepted if they have a valid Visa or MasterCard number, cardholders name and expiry date at the time of reservation. We accept Visa or MasterCard.

Cancellations and ‘No Show’ Policy
Bookings cancelled 14 days (or less) prior to arrival will incur a charge of the first night's stay. All charges will be debited against the credit card supplied at the time of reservation. We suggest you are covered by travel insurance.

per person includes main course and dessert, coffee and mints and a complementary bottle of New Zealand wine. Please email us for menu.

For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is only permitted outside. Although we are a pet free environment, there is a very sweet cat that seems to have adopted us, however, she is not encouraged to enter the home.

Please note: Each suite sleeps 2 adults only - not suitable for children or pets.
