Accommodation Booking Terms:

Your credit card will not be processed whilst checking accommodation availability. Accommodation check in time is after 3:00pm or by arrangement. Check out time is 10:30am or by arrangement. We appreciate an estimated time of arrival in order to offer our best service.

Dinner by arrangement NZ $50 per person - Includes pre-dinner drinks and nibbles, complementary wine, main course, dessert, coffee and mints.

For the comfort of our guests, smoking is only permitted outside. Although we are a pet free environment, there is a very sweet cat that seems to have adopted us, however, she is not encouraged to enter the home. Brantome Villa is not suitable for children or pets.

Reservation Policy - We accept Visa, MasterCard and New Zealand Dollars. Bookings will only be accepted if they have a valid credit card number, cardholders name and expiry date at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy - Bookings cancelled 14 days (or less) prior to arrival will incur a charge of the first night's stay. All charges will be debited against the credit card supplied at the time of reservation. We suggest you are covered by travel insurance.
